There
is a known bug in the latest version of Quicktime for Windows (v 7.6.x)
which may result in a blank screen (with sound) when you are playing back video on this site. If you experience this problem, the work-around is to remove the latest version of Quicktime from your PC and to replace it with the previous version as follows:
- Uninstall Quicktime from your computer (Start Menu -> Control Panels -> Remove Programs -> Quicktime)
- Download and install Quicktime 7.3 from here
- Close and restart your browser and video should play back normally.
