October 19-23, 2009 was Open Access Week. Open Access Week was started "to broaden awareness and understanding of Open Access to research,
including access policies from all types of research funders, within
the international higher education community and the general public." (
http://www.openaccessweek.org/)
Dominican hosted 4 events for faculty, staff and students, and invited librarians from the LIBRAS consortium of liberal colleges in the Chicago area. The links below take you to abstracts, videos and slides (if available) for each event.
